Return Policy
- No returns or exchanges on Special Orders, Clearance or Sale Items.
- Product is warranted as described and free from manufacturer’s defects.
To Return for Exchange
When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If you are not satisfied, contact Customer Service at 1-318-425-2515 or email us within 7 days of the date of shipment. All returns will be authorized by issuing a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#). You will receive an email with this number along with instructions for returning the product in question. All items must be returned in their original sealed package along with a copy of the invoice and reason for return.
If you are not satisfied, contact within 7 days of the date of the invoice. We will then e-mail you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how and where to ship the product back.
Returns are accepted for exchange for the same item only for returns due to manufacturer’s defect. Return shipment for defects will be paid by SteriFx if the return instructions are followed. All other returns, including returns for credit are subject to a 25% restocking charge and shipment must be returned prepaid.
After inspection of the returned item and provided all of the above conditions are met, returns for manufacturer’s defect will be exchanged and shipped free of shipping costs to the original purchaser. Returns for credit will have credit applied to the original purchaser’s credit card only less the restocking charge. You will receive confirmation by email of the transaction.
If inspection indicates the product was free of defect, the purchaser will be notified by email requesting disposition.
